Intercon International Pvt Ltd has an office at Flat No 302 in the Innovation Residency on PG Road, Secunderabad. PG Road is a major commercial area, so there is always something happening right outside our door. The building itself, Innovation Residency, is the second building in the complex, and we are up on the second floor. It’s a decent-sized flat that we’ve converted into an office space. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the business. It is not a high-tech lab or a sleek corporate headquarters; it’s just a place with desks and computers where we work on international projects. Secunderabad is a great place to be because everything is so accessible. We often go out for lunch at the various spots along the road. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate values on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Some of us have worked together for a decade, so we are more like friends than just coworkers. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so we often take the stairs. It is a straightforward business with no hidden frills. We just try to stay on top of our emails and make sure our international partners are satisfied with the work.
