Intelshine Software Solutions Private Limited. Our office is at Plot No. 11 in Raghava Colony. It’s right on Transport Road in Secunderabad. You see a lot of big trucks moving around this area throughout the day. It can get a bit loud and dusty, but you get used to it after a week or two. The building itself is pretty plain. We have a sign on the door so people know they’re in the right place. We do software work here, which means a lot of sitting in front of monitors. We have a small team and everyone knows each other’s business. There isn't much privacy, but it makes communication easy. If someone has a problem, they just shout it out and we all try to help. We have some old filing cabinets that we use to store papers we probably don't need anymore. The lighting is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake. We usually get tea from the vendor across the street twice a day. It’s a bit of a ritual for us. Raghava Colony is a nice enough place once you get off the main road. We don't have a cafeteria, so we mostly bring boxes from home or eat at the small stalls nearby. The office is basically just one big room with some partitions. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and the rent is fair. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like home.
