Intelligroup

Koramangala is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it here in Bangalore. Intelligroup has a spot here because this is where everything happens. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and there’s always someone looking for a parking spot nearby. Our office isn’t anything to brag about, just a functional space where we keep our equipment. We have a few rooms and a lot of cables. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day long. The people who work here have been with us for a while. We know each other's coffee orders and who’s likely to be late because of the traffic. We don't have a big HR department or a floor of managers. It's just us doing what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a tiny bit near the window, so we just move the desk back. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We like being in this part of town because you can find good food on every corner. We don’t put on any acts when people visit. What you see is basically what you get. It’s a hardworking little group in a very busy city, and we just keep plugging away at it. That is the way.
