If you head out towards Tumkunta, you’ll find us at Plot No 235 in Parthasarathinagar. It’s a bit further out from the main city center of Hyderabad, which means it’s a lot quieter around here. Intelligroup operates out of this building, and we like the pace. There’s more space to breathe and less traffic to fight through every morning. The building itself is pretty plain. We haven’t done much to the outside, but inside we have everything we need to get the work done. It’s a local operation, mostly just folks from the nearby neighborhoods coming in to work. We don’t go in for fancy furniture or high-end decor. The desks are sturdy, and the lights are bright enough. Sometimes we have a bit of a problem with the water supply, but we keep a tank ready. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We spend our days looking at screens and talking through projects. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we usually end up in the afternoon. We don’t try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just take care of our business and go home to our families. It’s a honest day's work in a quiet corner of the city. We keep it moving.
