Intellects Biz is based in Secunderabad, over at 5 Fairy Land in the BHEL Enclave. We are in the Tar Bund area of Old Bowenpally. It’s a quiet residential area compared to the main city, which makes it a nice place to work. Our office is just a simple space where we handle business services. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s not a high-rise office building; it feels more like a home office setup. We spend a lot of our time on computers, managing different projects and talking to clients. The area is called Fairy Land, which is a bit of a funny name, but it’s just a regular street. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the address in Old Bowenpally. Secunderabad has its own pace, and we like it that way. We start our day with some tea and then get into the emails and files. It’s a lot of administrative and business-related tasks. We try to keep things organized, even if the office gets a bit cluttered with papers sometimes. It’s a honest living and we enjoy the quiet of the enclave. It’s a good spot for us to focus on what we do. The trees around here make the air feel a bit better than the city center.
