You can find us at Plot No 22 in Sri Ram Nagar Colony, Balkampet, Hyderabad. It’s a bit tucked away from the main road, which is actually quite nice because it’s a little quieter. The colony is mostly residential, so we have houses all around us. Our office is a straightforward building with a few floors. We don't have any flashy lights or big billboards. We just have our name on a small board near the entrance. Most of us are locals from Hyderabad, so there’s a lot of Telugu and Hindi spoken around the office. We work on a variety of different projects, mostly related to social and financial services. It’s a busy place, but we don't have that frantic corporate energy. We take our breaks together and often share our lunches. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the computers are a few years old, but they work just fine for what we need. We don't believe in spending a lot on things that don't help the work. It’s a very practical and honest environment. Hyderabad is known for its big tech cities, but we are quite happy here in Balkampet. It feels more like a community. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a list of corporate values on the wall. We just come in, do our jobs as best as we can, and try to be helpful. It’s a simple way of doing things.
