Integr8 It Solutions is based out of H.No: 2-2- 18/15 (G-6) in the Kbr Apartments. We are tucked away in D.D Colony, which is a fairly quiet and nice part of Hyderabad. Working out of an apartment building gives us a bit of privacy that you don't get in a big commercial complex. We do various IT things here, mostly focusing on technical solutions and fixing whatever software issues come up. It’s a small space, so we are all pretty close to each other while we work. You’ll see a lot of monitors, tangled cables, and maybe a few half-empty coffee mugs on the desks. We don't really have a dress code or anything formal like that. If the code is working and the clients are happy, that is what matters to us. D.D Colony is a good spot because it’s not as loud as the main parts of the city, so we can actually focus on what we are doing. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment block pop by to say hello or ask about some tech problem they have at home. It feels more like a small community than a corporate office. We spend our days troubleshooting and trying to stay ahead of the technical problems that always seem to pop up. It is not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work through the tasks one by one until the job is done.
