Intechgra Solutions is tucked away behind Hotel Mayuri. We are right on NH7 in the Khasba area of Nirmal. Being in Adilabad, Telangana, gives us a bit of a different perspective than if we were in a huge city like Hyderabad. Our address is 504106. We started this because we wanted to do tech work closer to home. The office isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we have our equipment. Since we’re behind the hotel, it can get a little noisy during peak hours, but we don't mind much. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't have a big HR department or complicated manuals. If someone has an idea or a problem, we just talk it out over a snack. We handle a variety of software and solution work, depending on what needs doing that week. It’s a local business through and through. We buy our supplies from the shops nearby and know the people on our street. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and maybe a few too many empty tea cups on the desks by the end of the day. We like it this way. It feels more real and honest to work in a place that’s part of the actual neighborhood.
