Our office is in the Huda Complex over in Kothapet. It’s Flat A1 on Plot 23. If you’ve been to this part of Hyderabad, you know it can get crowded. We’re a consulting firm, which mostly means we spend our days on laptops or talking to clients on the phone. It’s a quiet space compared to the street outside. We deal with various business problems and try to give advice that actually makes sense. It isn't always easy. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would. We started this place because we had some experience and wanted to do things our own way. We aren’t a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us in a regular apartment-style office. We make a lot of tea and coffee to get through the afternoons. Most of our clients come from word of mouth. We don’t really do much advertising. People find us because they need help with their paperwork or business plans. The stairs in the building are a bit steep, but we’re used to it. We like being in Kothapet because it’s central for many of the people we work with. The desks are a bit cluttered with files and old notes. That is just how we work. We don't try to look more important than we are. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to finish them by the end of the day. It’s a good way to earn a living.
