Insource Tech Solutions Private Limited is based at Plot No.76 in NCL Enclave, which is in Pet Basheerabad, Quthbullapur. This location is quite far north in the city, near the highway. The enclave is a gated area, so it’s much quieter than the center of Hyderabad. We have a good amount of space at this plot. The building is simple and functional. We don't have any flashy signs or designer furniture. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and our computers. We like the fact that there isn't too much noise from buses or horns here. Most of us commute from the surrounding areas like Kompally or Suchitra. The office has a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't follow a strict corporate culture with dress codes and all that. We just make sure the work is finished on time. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon. During the monsoon, the area gets very green, which is a nice change from the concrete of the city. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a practical place to run a business without the high costs of the main tech hubs. We focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. There’s no big mystery to how we operate. We just show up and do our best with what we have here.
