Insource Software Private Limited is based in Flat No. 102 at Dhanalakshmi Homes. We’re located in the Madeenaguda area of Hyderabad, specifically within that 500049 postal zone. It’s a straightforward setup. We didn't want a big corporate office with a lobby and security guards, so we just took a flat where we could put our computers and desks. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We spend our days writing software and trying to solve the various problems that come up. There isn't any magic to it, just a lot of hard work and sitting in front of monitors. We have a few people who have been here since we opened the doors. We don't really do the whole marketing thing because we're usually too busy with the actual work. Some days we're here late, and other days we get to leave on time. It depends on the projects. Madeenaguda is a decent area with plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a tea. We like being part of the local community. We don't have some big list of corporate values printed on the wall. We just try to be decent people and do the work we promised to do. It’s a small, practical business and we like keeping it that way. No fuss, just software. We usually keep our heads down and focus on what's next on the list. It's how we stay productive.
