Insolite Technologies Private Limited is located in Madhapur at H.No 1-90/2/47 in Vittal Rao Nagar. This area is the heart of the tech scene in Hyderabad, so there’s always something happening outside our door. The house we work from is a bit tucked away from the main road, which is lucky because the noise from the traffic can be a lot. It’s a standard Hyderabad building layout. We’ve used the rooms to create different work zones. It isn't a polished corporate office with a glass front. It looks like a regular house from the outside. Inside, it’s all business with our systems and cables everywhere. We have a small porch where we sometimes stand to get some air. The street is narrow, so parking cars is always a bit of a puzzle every morning. We know the local chai wallah and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a very community-focused way to work even though we are a tech company. The rooms are a bit small, but we make it work for the group. We don't have a big HR department or fancy policies. We just talk to each other and get through the workload. Sometimes the power flickers, but the backup usually kicks in. It’s just a group of people working hard in a busy part of town, trying to keep things moving forward day after day. We like the energy of Madhapur despite the crowds.
