You can find us at Plot 101, specifically in Flat 102 of the SGR building. We are located in Srinivas Nagar Colony within the Qutubullapur area of K.V. Rangareddy. It’s a bit of a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. At Innovative Global Software Services Private Limited, we just have a small group of people working on software projects. The office is pretty basic with standard desks and some older office chairs that we probably should replace one day. We have some whiteboards where we map out our ideas, though they usually end up covered in random notes. Qutubullapur is a busy place, and the streets around us can get quite crowded during rush hour. We try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big HR department or any of that corporate stuff. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs doing. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat about things that aren't work-related. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a little break. It’s just a normal workplace where we do our best to stay on top of the technical stuff we handle. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the daily grind of software development in a local setting.
