We are located in the Kphb Colony area of Hyderabad. It’s a huge residential and commercial hub, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Our office is a simple, practical space where we handle our management consultancy work. We aren't one of those big firms with a lobby full of awards. Instead, we have a few rooms with desks, some whiteboards that are always covered in notes, and a lot of coffee cups. We’ve been here in Kphb for a while because it’s a central spot for many of the people we work with. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during the rainy season when the roads get flooded, but that’s just part of living in Hyderabad. We spend our days mostly on the phone or in small meetings. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from just doing a solid job and people telling their friends about us. We eat lunch together most days, often getting something from the local biryani places nearby. It’s a very relaxed and informal environment. We don't care about titles or hierarchy much. If a job needs to get done, we all just chip in and do it. It’s a very human way of running a business, and it seems to work out just fine for us and our clients.
