Our office is located in the Suseeladevi Building at Dhanakalakshmi Centre. We are on the second floor, MIG-1, specifically Plot No 189 in KPHB. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot going on. We have been operating from here for some time, focusing on building and construction projects around the Rangareddi district. It is not the quietest office because of all the activity in KPHB, but we like the energy. We have a small team of people who really know the ins and outs of the local building rules. Most of our desks are cluttered with files and site photos. We do not spend much on decorating the place because we are usually out checking on our construction sites anyway. Building things is what we know how to do. It is not always easy, especially when materials do not show up on time or the weather gets bad, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are not looking to become a giant firm. We just want to do solid work for the people who hire us. You will not find us using a lot of corporate talk. We speak plainly about what can be done and how long it will take. Sometimes we have to tell people things they do not want to hear about delays, but we would rather be honest than make promises we cannot keep. It is just a practical way of doing business in this industry for us.
