You can find us at House Number 1 8 139 11, which is very close to the Alwal Railway Station in Secunderabad. Being so near the tracks means we hear the trains going by all day long, but you honestly get used to the vibration and the sound pretty quickly. Infosys Technologies Limited has this spot in a part of town that feels more like a village than a big city. There are a lot of small houses and narrow alleys around here. Our office is a simple two-story structure. It isn't very large, so we all know each other well. We usually walk over to the station area if we need to buy anything or grab a quick tea from the stalls there. The walk is short, though it gets dusty when the wind picks up. Inside, the office is just a bunch of desks pushed together. We don't have fancy ergonomic chairs or high-end decor. It’s just a place to work. The electricity goes out occasionally, and then we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which makes a bit of a racket. Most of the people working here are from around this side of Secunderabad or Hyderabad, so the commute isn't too bad for most. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it gets the job done without any fuss or complicated management layers.
