Our office is on the third floor of Devi Homes, in Flat 305. We are right in the middle of Madhapur, which is the heart of the tech scene here in Hyderabad. Even though the area is full of big glass buildings, we are in a more modest residential-style setup. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have the usual office equipment crammed into the rooms. It’s not a huge space, so we all know each other pretty well. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, but we usually keep them shut because of the dust. We handle a lot of different tech tasks for the Indian branch of the company. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks and working through various projects. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so we usually just order in or go to the small shops nearby for a quick meal. It’s a very regular way to work. We don't have those fancy bean bags or game rooms you see on TV. We are just here to do a job. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just how things are. We’ve been in Madhapur for a while and we’ve seen the area change a lot, but our little corner in Devi Homes stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and try to stay productive throughout the day.
