We deal with data and information, mostly helping people sort through things they don't have time for. The neighborhood is crowded and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a few desks squeezed into the space. It isn't a high-rise office with a view. It’s a ground-level kind of place where neighbors stop by to say hello. We spend a lot of time on the phones and on the web. Some days we are buried under piles of papers that need to be digitized. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign in Bapu Nagar. We don't make big promises.
