We set up our little office for Infinity Resources Pvt Limited at Aditi Ladies Hostel, specifically in Maroo Niketan. It is right there at 7-1-451/13, in the lane opposite the old Satyam Theatre in the Manesh Nagar area of Ameerpet. If you have ever been to Hyderabad, you know Ameerpet is absolutely packed with students and people looking for work. We deal with resources, so being right in the middle of all that chaos actually makes sense for us. The hostel is usually busy, and there is always someone coming or going in the lane outside. We do not have much room, just a couple of desks and a lot of papers stacked up in the corners. The noise from the main road near the theatre carries over, so it is never truly quiet here. We spend our days talking to people about jobs or sorting through files to see who might be a good fit for what. It is a lot of talking and a lot of typing on old keyboards. Sometimes we just sit on the front step to get a bit of air when the office feels too cramped inside. We are not some big high-rise company; we are just here on the ground level trying to manage things as best as we can. It gets pretty hot in this part of Hyderabad, so we keep the water cooler full. It is just a normal day-to-day grind for us in a busy neighborhood.
