Our office for Indsmart It Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Nallagandla, Gachibowli. We are located in Flat No-717 at Sy. No-214 & 214/E. It is one of those high-rise buildings where you spend a lot of time waiting for the lift in the morning. Being in Rangareddi district means we are close to all the tech hubs, but our office feels a bit more personal than those giant glass towers. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tangled cables that we keep meaning to tidy up. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always on because we drink a lot of tea to stay awake. The view from the 717th flat is actually decent, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area from up here. It gets pretty noisy when there’s construction nearby, which seems to be all the time in Gachibowli lately. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are a smaller group just trying to get through the daily tasks. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building exercises or anything like that. We just work, talk about our weekends, and try to make sure our clients are happy with what we deliver. It’s a simple life here, focused on the work at hand and making sure the business stays afloat in a competitive place like Hyderabad.
