Sri Laxmi Ganesh Food Products

Sri Laxmi Ganesh Food Products is run out of our place at Dno 1 31 16 on Street No 9. Being in Satya Sai Enclave is nice because it is a quiet enough area for the kind of work we do. We mostly deal with local ingredients and packing things up for sale. It isn't a massive factory or anything. We have a few machines and some metal tables where we get the food items ready for the day. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon which slows us down, but that is just how it is around here. My wife handles the quality side of things while I look after the distribution. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work for ourselves. The neighbors sometimes stop by when they smell what we are making in the back. We use basic recipes that have been around a long time. There is no big marketing team here, just us and a couple of helpers from the street. We keep the inventory in the back room. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and sealing packets by hand. Every evening we check the orders for the next morning. It is a decent living and keeps us busy. We like being part of the Enclave community. People know where to find us if they need a batch of something fresh. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
