Incredible Advance Technologies Private is situated at Plot No:127 & 128 in the Aleap Industrial Estate over in Gajularamaram, Hyderabad-500090 Telangana. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses and small factories, which we like. It feels like a place where things actually get made and done. We have a bit more space here than we would in the city center. Our daily life involves a lot of technical work. We do not have any polished speakers or corporate trainers. We just have people who are good with their hands and their heads. The office is not anything special to look at, but it has everything we need to operate. We spend a lot of time on the floor or at our benches working through various tech issues. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We do not really bother with big meetings that go nowhere. We would rather just talk over a problem while we are looking at it. Gajularamaram is a bit out of the way for some, but it works for the kind of work we do. We have been here for a bit and we have gotten to know the other people in the estate. It is a hard-working atmosphere and that suits us just fine. We are not looking to be the biggest company, just one that does its work properly and stays out of the way.
