Incor One Hub Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 70 in Guttala Begumpet, which is right in the Kavuri Hills area of Madhapur. This part of Hyderabad is always buzzing with energy. Our office is a practical space in the middle of it all. It’s not one of those massive glass towers, but a more modest building that fits what we need. We’ve got our workstations set up, a small area for meetings, and not much else. We didn’t see the point in spending a fortune on fancy furniture when we just needed a place to work. The traffic in Madhapur 500033 can be pretty intense, so we’ve all learned the best shortcuts to get here. The neighborhood has everything you could need within walking distance, which is handy. Most days are pretty standard, filled with the usual tasks and a few surprises here and there. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people; we just say things as they are. It’s a no-nonsense environment. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days we head out as soon as the clock hits five. We’ve been at this for a while and have found a good groove. It’s an honest living in a busy part of the city. We like being part of the local scene here in Guttala Begumpet.
