Inco Builders Private Limited

We are tucked away in Kavuri Hills at Sreenidhi Grand, Flat No. 501A. The address is quite a mouthful—Hno 1-65/76, 77, 80, 81/Sg/5A—but most people just call it the Guttalabegumpet area. Inco Builders Private Limited is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been working on various construction jobs around this side of Hyderabad for a good while. The office is on the fifth floor, and it stays pretty quiet up here compared to the street level. We have a few desks set up and a table where we spread out the big drawings for the sites. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place where we get the work done. The guys usually come in early to check the schedules before heading out to the actual building sites. We keep a coffee machine in the corner that probably needs a good cleaning, but it gets us through the mornings. Being in Kavuri Hills is convenient because we are close to a lot of the newer developments in the city. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people who know how to put a building together. We don't spend time on fancy speeches, we just focus on the bricks and the cement and the deadlines. It's hard work but someone has to do it and we happen to be the ones here doing it.
