We are based in Secunderabad, specifically in the Gunrock Enclave area. The address is 1-33-52, which used to be called Old 44. It’s in the RTC Colony part of Trimulgherry. It’s an older part of town with a lot of character. Our company, Impg Computer Programming, operates out of here. We spend our days writing code and working on different software tasks. It’s a quiet office for the most part because programming requires a lot of thinking. We have a few rooms filled with computers and books. There’s always someone drinking tea or coffee while they stare at a monitor. We’ve been in this location for a while now. It’s different from the shiny new offices in the IT parks, but we prefer it this way. It feels more real. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s not too loud during the day. We have a small team and everyone knows each other well. We don’t have big meetings; we just chat across the desks when we need to coordinate something. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We just focus on the programming and making sure the logic works like it’s supposed to. We don't worry about being flashy. We just do the work from our little corner of Secunderabad. We keep a small fridge for snacks and drinks. Most desks are covered in notebooks and scribbled notes. It’s just how we function. Being away from the city rush helps us stay focused on the hard problems.
