Ilyas Engineering & Manufacturing Co.

We are based in Masab Tank, at 10-5-2/7/D. It’s a central part of the city, so getting here is usually okay unless the traffic is backed up, which happens a lot. Ilyas Engineering & Manufacturing Co. isn't a massive factory, just a decent-sized place where we put things together. We’ve got some benches for assembly and a few machines for the manufacturing side of things. It can get pretty cramped when we have a big order going out. The walls have some old calendars and a few diagrams pinned up. We don't have a glossy brochure. If you come by, you'll probably see someone covered in a bit of soot or holding a wrench. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. The neighborhood is loud, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We've had some of the same customers for years because they know we're right here in Masab Tank. It’s a simple setup. We manufacture what’s needed and try to keep things organized, even though the office desk is usually buried under blueprints and old invoices. It’s a practical business run by people who know their way around a workshop. We aren't big on formalities. You just come in, tell us what you need, and we see if we can make it happen for you. That is how we have always done it.
