Even though our name is Il Fs Cluster Development Initiative Ltd Delhi, we are actually operating from Plot No 85 in Sreepuram Colonym. This is in the Malakpet area of Hyderabad, pin code 36. It might seem a bit confusing to some people but this is where we have our space and where we do all our work every day. The colony is a nice enough place and our plot is just a standard building where we have set up our desks and equipment. We do not have any corporate polish or big fancy signs out front to attract attention. We are just a group of people who come here every morning to get things done. Malakpet is a busy part of Hyderabad and there is always something happening nearby on the streets. We keep our heads down and focus on what is in front of us at the time. Our office is not very big but it has everything we need to be productive. We do not spend time on mission statements or big speeches about the future. We just handle the paperwork and the phone calls as they come in. It is a practical way to run things and it keeps us focused on the reality of the work we do. We are just glad to have a steady place to operate from in Sreepuram Colonym. It works for us.
