We operate out of a house in Panjagutta, specifically House Number 6 3 699 1. Most people find us by looking for the Pochamma Temple, which is right nearby and a very easy landmark to spot in this part of Hyderabad. Working here is interesting because of the mix of the old temple atmosphere and the busy, modern pace of Panjagutta. We handle human capital solutions, so our day is mostly filled with interviewing people and sorting through endless job applications. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing on the computer. Our office setup is pretty simple and functional. We didn't want a fancy high-rise, so this house location suits us very well. It feels more personal being in a regular building like this. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside when there is a local festival or just the usual heavy Hyderabad traffic, but we are used to it by now. We’ve got a small team here and we all know each other’s rhythms. There isn't any big corporate talk or mission statements around here; we just focus on the task at hand. If someone needs help with hiring or finding a spot in a company, we do our best to help them out. It’s practical, everyday work. We keep the kettle going for tea and just get through the pile of resumes one by one. It’s a good spot to be in.
