You can find us at Villa No 12 in Poulomi Aristos, out in Kokapet. It’s near the Gandipet area, so it is a lot more peaceful than the middle of Hyderabad. Ikole Projects is a small outfit. We focus on managing different projects and doing some development work. Since our office is actually in a villa, it has a very different feel than a normal commercial space. It’s more like a home office. We usually have our meetings in the living room area or around a big table in the dining space. Kokapet is growing incredibly fast. Every time we drive out, there seems to be a new apartment block starting up. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around here. It is often dusty and the sun is really hot, but that is just part of the job. We are a small team and most of us have been working together for quite a while. We don't have any complicated management structures or fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs to be done. Sometimes that’s boring office work and other times it’s being out on a construction site all day. We just try to keep things moving along. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We like being based out here near the lake. It feels a bit slower even though we are actually quite busy. It is just a regular group of people doing their best.
