Ie Builders And Developers Private Limited is based out of Barkatpura. We’re in Om Saiswathi Avenue, specifically flat 402. It's an older part of town, which we actually like. We’re just local people who know how to put bricks together. Barkatpura is a good place for us because it’s central. We can get to our sites quickly. Most of our day is spent visiting those sites anyway. If you drop by the office and nobody is there, we’re probably out checking on a foundation or talking to a contractor.
