Ideal Placements Consultancy is located in Secunderabad. We’ve been working out of this office for a few years now. It’s a busy area and there’s always a lot of noise from the street. We help people find jobs. It sounds simple but it involves a lot of phone calls and sorting through hundreds of papers. Our desks are usually piled high with resumes. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always stay that way. People come in from all over Secunderabad looking for advice or a lead on a job. We talk to them and see what their skills are. It’s a lot of listening. Sometimes we don't have any openings that fit, and that’s tough to say. We have a few computers that we use for emailing companies. The office is a bit cramped when we have several people waiting. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a few plastic chairs near the door. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in here during the afternoon. We aren't a big agency with multiple branches. It’s just us here doing the daily work of recruitment. We close up in the evening and head home like everyone else. The work is steady and it keeps us on our toes. We don't use any complicated systems, just our files and our contacts. It is just a regular office life for us in the city.
