Idea Distributer

We’ve been acting as the Idea Distributer out here in Hyderabad for some time now. Our address is in the 500024 area of Andhra Pradesh, and the local neighborhood knows us well. The warehouse and office space we use is pretty functional and not much to look at from the outside. We spend most of our hours managing the inventory and making sure the local shops get what they need for their customers. It involves a lot of lifting boxes and checking lists against what’s on the computer. It gets quite humid here, so we usually have all the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can. The delivery trucks come and go all day, which keeps us on our toes. It’s a bit of a messy job sometimes with all the cardboard and packing tape everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; people just walk straight into where the work is happening. It’s a busy environment but we prefer it that way instead of sitting in a quiet office. Most of our interactions are with the drivers and the small shop owners who come to pick up their supplies. We don't do anything fancy, just moving products from one place to another and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. It’s just how we run things here in Hyderabad. It is a simple, practical way to make a living.
