Our place is located at House Number 8 3 228 909 A in Rehmath Nagar. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, and we’ve been here with Idea Cellular Ltd for a good while. The house is where we do all our daily work. It doesn't look like a big corporate office because it isn't one. It’s just a practical space where we can sit and help people with their mobile phone needs. Hyderabad is a huge city, but Rehmath Nagar has its own feel. We see a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day. Some need a new SIM, others have questions about their data. We just take it one person at a time. We don't have any polished scripts or promotional talk. We just speak plainly and try to solve the problems that walk through the door. The office is a bit cramped sometimes when it gets busy, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just stay open, keep the computers running, and make sure people can stay in touch with their families. It’s straightforward work. We don't overthink it. We just do the job and go home at the end of the day. If the traffic is bad, we might stay a bit later. It’s just how things go around here. We're just part of the neighborhood.
