We've been operating out of Shed No 66 on Road No 9 for quite some time now. Mallapur is a busy area, especially in the mornings when all the workers are heading to their spots. Our place isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a regular shed where we get the work done. Inside, it’s mostly about processing and making sure things are clean. We started with just a couple of machines and a few local guys who lived nearby. Now we have a bit more going on, but the routine stays the same. The heat in the summer can be a real struggle under the tin roof, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before the sun gets too high. There’s always someone running around with a clipboard or checking the scales. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People in the area just know we are here. Sometimes the trucks get stuck on the narrow road if the timing is bad, which causes a bit of a headache for everyone. But that’s just part of life in an industrial estate like this one. We take our breaks together near the front door where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a simple setup, really. No big corporate meetings, just us figuring out the schedule for the day and making sure the food products are handled right. It’s what we do.
