Out in Ida Jeedimetla, specifically at Plot No 16/B in Phase I, you'll find G R R Plastics. It’s a busy corner of the industrial area. We spend most of our time dealing with plastic scrap and molding machines. The heat from the machines can be a bit much during the summer months, but we have big fans to help circulate the air. There are always piles of plastic bits around, and the sound of grinding is pretty much the soundtrack to our day. We don't have a polished office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone with grease on their hands or dust on their shirt. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we know most of the other shop owners on this block. It’s a tough environment, but it feels right to us. We don’t bother with fancy talk or long meetings. We just look at the orders for the day and get to it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them, which is frustrating but part of the job. Jeedimetla is always crowded with trucks and workers, so there is a lot of energy around. We just keep our heads down and try to get as much done as we can before the power cuts or the day ends. It’s a simple life working with plastics here.
