We’ve been set up here at Plot 159/E in Cherlapally for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector III, Phase II, and honestly, the traffic getting into the IDA can be a bit of a headache some mornings. Our unit is basically where all the actual work happens every single day. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or big glass offices, just a lot of tools, some loud machines, and a few guys who know how to use them. Most days start early with a quick talk about what needs finishing by evening. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it and get back to things when it’s back. It’s a practical space. We keep our materials organized as best as we can, though things get messy when we're in the middle of a big job. The neighbors around here are all doing similar stuff, so there’s always the sound of trucks and welding in the background. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get things done. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting at desks. If someone stops by, they usually find us covered in a bit of dust or grease. That's just how the work goes here. We've got our routine down, and while it's nothing glamorous, it keeps the shop running and the orders moving out the door like they should.
