We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages online. Sometimes the traffic in Mehdipatnam makes it a bit of a struggle to get here on time, but we manage. We don't have a big fancy lobby for people to wait in. It’s more of a walk-in-and-talk type of place. We value being in a real neighborhood where we can see the daily life of the city.
