Our office is based in Hyderabad, specifically in the Miyapur area at the Swarnabharathi Apartment. We are on Plot Number 103 in Asraju Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all the time. The apartment where we work is just a regular residential unit that we’ve set up for Icici business. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of files and equipment, but we make it work. Most days are spent on the phone or working on the computer. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and a few notes taped up. The kitchen in the apartment is where we make our tea and take short breaks. The noise from the traffic on the main road can be heard sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t really have any big goals or anything like that. We just focus on finishing the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so we just take the stairs to the first floor. It’s a very honest and straightforward place to work. No one wears a suit here; we just dress in whatever is comfortable.
