Icici Phone Banking

The Icici Phone Banking office is over at Plot No 541 B in Hmt Hills. It's right opposite Jntu in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of town, always something going on. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to help people out. It gets pretty noisy in here with all the talking, but we’re used to it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and phones and computers. We started out small and stayed that way. People working here come from all over the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. You just walk in and see everyone at work. Sometimes the systems are slow, which is annoying, but we manage. Hyderabad is a big city, and Kukatpally is always crowded, so getting to work takes some time for most of us. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up and do what needs doing. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The address is easy to find if you know where Jntu is. We don't do much marketing, just handle the calls that come through. It's a regular job for regular people. We keep the kettle going for breaks. That’s about it for us here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just take the calls and do the job.
