Icici One Source

We’re situated on West Maredpally Main Road in Secunderabad. The building is number 35. This is a busy spot in the city. We do a lot of back-office type work here for Icici One Source. It’s mostly computers and phones all day long. We have people working in shifts sometimes because the work doesn’t really stop. The office is functional. We’ve got rows of desks and a lot of wires running everywhere for the computer systems. It’s not the most beautiful building, but it works for what we need to get done. People don’t usually just walk in from the street unless they have an appointment or actually work here. We spend our time processing information and handling different tasks for the company. The main road outside is always loud with horns and buses passing by. We’ve got a small break room in the back where we eat our lunch or have some tea. The coffee machine breaks down occasionally, which is a bit of a pain for everyone. We try to keep the files organized on the servers. Most of the staff has been here for a couple of years now. We know the best places to get snacks nearby. It’s a steady job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just make sure the work gets through the system by the end of each day.
