Our branch is situated at H-No 6-78/3 in the Kukatpally area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and if you know the N. Veeraswamy landmark, you can find us easily. The street outside is always noisy with autos and people rushing to work. Inside, it’s a bit more organized, though we do get quite a crowd on Monday mornings. The heat in Andhra Pradesh—well, Telangana now—can be pretty intense, so we’re always thankful for the fans and the water cooler. We handle a lot of different things here, from people opening small accounts to checking on their savings. There isn't anything fancy about the office; it's just a functional space with some old files and computers that have seen better days. We get a mix of people, some who have been in the neighborhood for decades and others who just moved to the new apartments. Most of the staff speaks the local language, which helps when things get a bit complicated with the paperwork. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat quickly in the back room so we can get back to the counters. It’s a lot of routine work, typing in data and counting notes, but it’s what we do. We don't really have a big corporate feel here; it’s more like a local shop where everyone knows each other’s business a little bit too well sometimes.
