This is another one of our spots in Ameerpet, specifically at 8 3 633 75. Even though it's the same general area, this part of the street has its own rhythm. We've been here for a while, and the address is well-known to the locals. Working in Ameerpet means you never have a dull moment. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a form they need help with. The office is utilitarian. We have the basic furniture and the necessary equipment. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive rugs. Our focus is on the ledgers and the customer service. It can get a bit cramped when it rains and everyone crowds into the lobby to stay dry. We just keep working through the tasks. Some of us have been at this branch for years, so we’ve seen the students come and go as they finish their courses and move on. It’s a transient place in some ways, but we stay constant. We don’t make any big promises. We just tell you what the rules are and try to get your banking done without a hitch. Sometimes the printer jams or the coffee machine breaks, but we just carry on. It’s a human place with human errors, but we always try to fix things by the end of the day. It’s just a regular part of the Hyderabad city landscape. We keep the pens chained to the desks because they always go missing and it's frustrating.
