Ameerpet is one of the busiest places you can find yourself in, and our spot at 9 56 is right in the middle of all that energy. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s crowded with students and people looking for training. Our branch reflects that pace. It’s often loud outside with all the honking and the crowds, but inside we try to keep things moving. We don't have a lot of space to spare, so every desk is used. We spend most of our time helping young people open their first accounts or helping parents send money. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We deal with a lot of people every single day, so by the time evening rolls around, we’re pretty tired. The floor gets a bit messy with footprints on rainy days, and the ink on the stamp pads always seems to run out at the wrong time. We don't have a corporate script we follow; we just talk to people like normal neighbors. If the line is long, we feel the pressure too. We aren't trying to be fancy or the fastest, we just want to be reliable and get things done. It’s just a bank branch in a very busy part of Hyderabad. We show up, we do the entries, we handle the cash, and then we go home like everyone else. It’s simple and honest work. Sometimes we grab a samosa from the street vendor nearby when it's slow. We keep an eye on the clock for closing.
