We spend our days handling the usual banking chores that people need help with. It’s mostly just paperwork and looking at screens. We don't put on any airs here; it’s just a workplace. The building itself has been around for a while, and you can tell by the way it looks. We just do our bit to keep things running for the customers who stop by. It’s a convenient spot for the neighbors. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit full when everyone comes in at lunch, but we manage. It’s just a normal Hyderabad branch doing what banks do. We've been operating out of Flat 133 for years and the Shyamlal Building is home to many regular customers.
