We are located at Plot No 103 in Golf Pride Homes. It’s in Swarnandhra Phase 2, right in the Yapral area of Secunderabad. The pin code is 500087. Being in a residential-style complex like this makes the atmosphere feel a bit different than a standard office building. It’s a bit quieter, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on student files. We have several rooms set up for different departments. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take turns trying to fix it. It’s those little things that make it feel like a real workplace. We aren't part of some giant glass tower. We’re just here on the ground, dealing with the daily grind. We have a lot of students from Andhra Pradesh coming through. We handle everything from tuition questions to exam schedules. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we have our systems. They aren't perfect, but they work. My coffee mug is always half-full on my desk. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us as we are, usually surrounded by folders and drinking chai. It’s a decent place to work, and we try to be helpful without being pushy. Most days are busy, but we make time to chat with the students who stop by with questions.
