If you're looking for us, we're in Secunderabad at Flat No 203, Phase I in the C Block of Belvedre Garden. It’s right there in Padma Rao Nagar. This isn't a massive campus with fields and stadiums; it’s more of an office-based setup for Icfai Business School Hyderabad. We operate out of this space, and it’s served us well. It feels a bit like a home, which is nice when you're working long hours. We’ve got our regular spots for lunch nearby, and we know the way the building works. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s those little things that make it a real place. We don’t have fancy marketing brochures or a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do what needs doing for the students and the programs. It’s a practical way to run things. We see people from all walks of life coming through Padma Rao Nagar. Our bit of the building is usually buzzing with some kind of activity, whether it’s phones ringing or people chatting in the hallway. We aren't trying to be the most polished place in the world. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make sure the rooms are ready and the paperwork is done. It’s simple, it’s honest, and it’s where we are every weekday. We just keep our heads down and work. There are plenty of cafes nearby where we sometimes go for a quick break.
