You can find Iccsl on the first floor at G 5 in Sector 22, Noida. Being located on the first floor is very handy because we do not have to wait for an elevator every time we go in or out of the building. Sector 22 is a very busy place with lots of small shops and people moving around at all hours. Our office space is fairly simple on the inside. We have some rows of desks and a small corner area for keeping our files and supplies. It is not decorated very much, just the basic necessities like calendars and some old photos we pinned on the walls. We have been at this specific address for a while and the people in the neighboring offices know us well. It can get a bit noisy in the afternoons when the market activity picks up nearby, but we do not really mind it anymore. We just focus on the tasks we have to complete. The team here is quite small, so we all know each other's names and even about our families. We do not have those big formal meetings with slides and complicated charts. We just talk over the desks to each other when something needs to be fixed or decided. It is a very hands-on way of working for us. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a lot of work, but we usually wrap up on time. It’s a normal job.
