Ibss (International Business Software Solutions)

Ibss is tucked away in Madannapet, specifically at H.No.17-2-1137/1/B here in Hyderabad. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you find us, it is just a normal office where we do software stuff. International Business Software Solutions is the full name, but we mostly just call it the office. The space is filled with computers and the sound of keyboard clicking all day. We deal with a lot of code and fixing things that stop working for our clients. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living in this part of the city. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us shout questions to each other without getting up. Lunchtime usually involves someone going out to get biryani for everyone from the shop nearby. It is not a shiny corporate glass building. It is a practical house turned into a workplace. We handle various software tasks and try to stay on top of the requests that come in through email. There are stacks of old manuals and hard drives on some of the shelves that we probably should clear out one day. We have been in this spot for some time, so the neighbors know us well. It is a straightforward operation where we just try to solve whatever software problem is on the screen that day. It is mostly just quiet work and a lot of staring at monitors.
