Finding us at Plot No 197 in Prashanth Nagar can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't familiar with the Ida Kukatpallly area. We are tucked away in a spot that’s quite busy during the week. Working here at Ibm involves a lot of coordination, and since we are part of this industrial development area, there’s always something going on nearby. The office is located at Dno 5 5 35 54 A, and you can ask for V Praveen Kumar when you reach the gate. We’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s not the quietest part of Hyderabad, but it has a lot of energy. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of what we do, sitting around the old wooden tables and making sure every detail is right. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is something everyone looks forward to. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that, we just show up and do the work that’s waiting for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter as long as the computers are running and we are meeting our deadlines. It’s a straightforward environment where everyone knows their role. We take things as they come and try not to get too stressed when the workload picks up. It’s just how things are here, and we wouldn’t have it any other way right now for our little group.
