We are located at Sri Balaji Towers, specifically in Flat No 201. The building is in Anand Bagh, within the Vishnupuri Colony near the Malakajgiri Post in Hyderabad. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential, which keeps things a bit quieter for us at Ibm India Pvt Ltd. Our office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there’s a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby or anything. You just take the stairs or the lift up to the second floor. The building itself is a bit older, so things like the plumbing or the lift can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We just handle it as it comes. From the balcony, you can see the street and the people going about their day in the colony. It’s a good place to work because it feels very normal and not at all stiff. We don’t have any big slogans or corporate posters. We just focus on what’s on our screens and try to get everything done before the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but usually, we head out once the sun sets. It’s a practical and honest way to spend the day. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while now and we like it.
